After school program happens twice a week when the coaches come to the participants' schools. During those practices the coaches prepare the kids for the ‘friendly games’ that happen every weekend. 

Beside the basketball skills that the kids get while they are in the program, they also learn about our values. These values are conveyed through small and big group discussions, after these discussions the whole team processes what they have learned together so they all have the consent on the meaning of our values. 

We bring all of our values to the game of basketball and the kids express what they have learned on the court and outside of the court and on the contrary.
